This cafeteria project is special due to the sum of its parts and players. The space has become a vibrant and well-used asset for employees to socialize and engage in activities to relax.

This cafeteria project is special due to the sum of its parts and players. The space has become a vibrant and well-used asset for employees to socialize and engage in activities to relax. It is a 180-degree shift from the dark and underused previous incarnation from the 1990’s into this well-appointed, bright and cheerful space, ready for the next 30+ years!

"Not only does Spaces perform superbly for Polsinelli locally in Kansas City, they perform equally well with out-of-town furniture installation projects."

"Not only does Spaces perform superbly for Polsinelli locally in Kansas City, they perform equally well with out-of-town furniture installation projects. Their team of designers, account managers and project managers has been willing to travel to Polsinelli job sites all over the country for design analysis, installation supervision, furniture punch and end user training/support."

Mike J Polk - Director of Facilities - Polsinelli

"I was very pleased with the products we purchased, but the customer service and design expertise before, during and after installation of the furniture are what distinguish this team from the rest."

"Lene and the Spaces, Inc. team are incredibly professional and courteous. I was very pleased with the products we purchased, but the customer service and design expertise before, during and after installation of the furniture are what distinguish this team from the rest. I’m very happy we went with Spaces and the Knoll product. We have a beautiful office space, and our employees are proud to come to work in this space every day."

Danielle Dulin - Assistant to the City Administrator - Lenexa City Hall

"They provided us with several great options for furniture and workspaces, turning our new police facility into a professional and welcoming work environment."

“Hilary Smith, Rachel Huffman, Allison Park, Shawn Ornce and the entire team at Spaces were wonderful to work with. From selection as our vendor for furniture all the way to the install, they were there for us and continue to be there for us months after we moved in. They provided us with several great options for furniture and workspaces, turning our new police facility into a professional and welcoming work environment. Their experience in providing functional workspaces will improve our overall effectiveness and efficiency as a police department. I highly recommend them for your furniture needs.”

Cpt Casey Cooper - Office of the Chief - Lawrence Kansas Police Department

“After interviewing several interior designers and furniture vendors for our project, the team from Spaces stood out far from the rest.”

“Schier built a new 50,000 square foot building in Shawnee, Kansas with nearly 8,000 square feet of office space in 2020. After interviewing several interior designers and furniture vendors for our project, the team from Spaces stood out far from the rest. They provided turnkey design, procurement, installation and post-installation follow-up with their lineup of high-end furniture vendors. Aside from simply being fun to work with, they kept us informed of where our price points and delivery dates would be throughout the process to help eliminate any surprises. Our office really pops and we look forward to working with Spaces again when the time comes to grow our facility.”

Charlie Ismert - President & Sales Director - Shier Products
