The former site of the iconic King Louie bowling center and ice skating rink has been transformed in to the Johnson County Arts & Heritage Center after years of planning and construction. By using warm and inviting colors, SPACESINC added panel fabric and discreet file storage space to the offices. “It is about two-and-a-half times the space it was before, and a lot more environments for them to explore. At the Johnson County Museum, we’re most excited about the opporturnity to be more visible to the community so we can better meet our mission of connecting people with the shared experiences and the heritage of our community.” SPACESINC also helped costs lower by re-purposing some furniture that was still in excellent shape, sprucing up the pieces with touches of color or new fabric.
