In March 2020, MMGY Global invited Spaces to provide furniture solutions & budget pricing for evaluation to be considered for their upcoming move to the Edison Building in Overland Park. Spaces collaborated with MMGY’s COO and Facilities Manager to create an open floor concept with collaborative workspaces that supported various meeting types and integrated technology. The project also included managing the move process, developing a phased move schedule, and integrating existing furniture with new materials. The 4th floor features many collaborative areas, telescoping conference room walls, high top and dining height tables and seating, and soft seating, including booth seating/tables with monitors for virtual meetings. Spaces also provided furnishings and accessories to support a “colosseum” presentation area and a virtual golf simulator area. The flexible workspace allows users to easily change the layout for strategic projects.
