Located on the Plaza, Flats KC has a focus on the meticulous restoration and renovations of older properties. They aim to take the beauty of the old and seamlessly unite it with modern touches. Our vision with Flats KC was to do exactly just that. The project features timeless textures including the original floors and brick walls in juxtaposition with modern furniture and vibrant textiles.
