Located in Shawnee, Kansas, Schier built a brand new 50,000 sq. ft. building with nearly 8,000 sq. ft. of office space. After interviewing several interior designers and furniture vendors for the project, the SPACESINC team was chosen to outfit the entire work environment.  We provided turnkey design, procurement, installation, and post-installation follow-up with our lineup of reliable and thought leading manufacturers.

Through this process we programmed with each department to determine needs and adjacencies as well as presented multiple option layouts and thought starters. We kept the project on track, on time, and on budget with communication between the financial team, GC, site visits, and field verifications. We kept the client informed throughout the entire process to mitigate any surprises and to hit their target move-in date. The office really pops and we look forward to continuing as Schier’s people environments provider as they grow.
