SPACESINC and Falkbuilt Kansas City partnered closely with the City of Kansas City to bring their vision for a vibrant, functional, and inviting café space to life! Our joint effort integrates our team's expertise in interior construction and furniture to craft an environment that fosters both collaboration and focused work, offering employees a refreshing break from their conventional office setting.

Central to the design is a private conference room featuring state-of-the-art technology and writable surfaces, alongside a designated phone room for added privacy. Adding a touch of leisure, the space includes recreational amenities such as shuffleboard and air hockey tables. The integration of multiple public-facing TVs, accessible via QR codes for audio streaming, ensures versatile usage. Additionally, a recessed TV equipped with an integrated camera facilitates seamless team meetings within the conference room.

Previously underutilized due to its dim and outdated appearance, the revamped space now exudes modernity and vibrancy, drawing significant foot traffic. What began as a mere seating replacement and locker installation has evolved into a transformative project, making a positive impact for years to come!
