Spaces Project Profile - City of Kansas City 11th Floor

In August 2014, Spaces performed a redesign for the City of Kansas City’s 11th floor offices using DIRTT Environmental Solutions and Knoll workstations. The entire project had a price tag of $127,000 upon completion for a complete redesign, including new walls, office spaces, technology and furniture.

The biggest challenge the Spaces team faced was the drywall as they installed DIRTT walls and glass fronts. Spaces focused the redesign on the conference rooms, entry doors and the kitchen along with Knoll furniture upgrades for the reception area and main working spaces in the open office design.

The City of Kansas City was very happy with the outcome of the space. They loved how Spaces work updated the floor with technology and made the office easier to use.
